Welcome again! I’m so happy you’re here. This course is designed to be flexible and supportive—so you can mix and match practices based on your time, energy, and mood.
Here’s how to get the most out of your journey:
Choose what you need each day—there is no fixed schedule. This course is designed to give you the flexibility to build a routine that suits your life, based on how much time you have, how your body feels, and what you need emotionally or energetically.
If you're short on time, you can choose a mini session of 5 to 10 minutes. Try a calming breathing technique from Lesson 2, a gentle pose or restorative stretch from Lessons 1 or 3, or a short meditation or Yoga Nidra from Lessons 6 or 7.
If you're looking for a full-body boost in 15 to 25 minutes, start with breathwork, add a few poses from Lesson 1 or 5, and finish with a short Yoga Nidra or Ajna meditation.
On days when you're feeling tired or stressed, go gently with restorative poses from Lesson 3, settle into deep rest with Yoga Nidra from Lesson 6, or simply lie down and focus on deep, conscious breathing.
If you're energized and ready to move, explore active poses from Lesson 1 or 5. Add inversions or balancing poses from Lesson 4 to activate your energy, and ground yourself afterward with breathwork or meditation.
